Every Estate Agency that is a member of sanprops, retains its own management strategy and corporate identity.sanprops appoints one Coordinator for every twenty members. This Coordinator is the communication channel between sanprops and the member and is mainly responsible for passing on information, providing help timeously, solving problems immediately and maintaining standards.

sanprops appoints one Area Manager for every twenty Coordinators. Area Managers are responsible for the management of Coordinators and projects within the area.

sanprops is managed by the General Manager who is responsible for the general management of sanprops and who reports directly to the Directors.

Every member of sanprops receives a sanprops MANUAL upon registration. The sanprops MANUAL explains all the services that sanprops renders to its members and the procedures that must be followed

sanprops HEAD OFFICE daily updates a data base in which all the relevant information is stored

The sanprops NEWSLETTER does not only contain useful hints and important dates, but also informs members about achievements and successes within the sanprops group. Members of sanprops have a wealth of knowledge and experience which can be shared. The sanprops NEWSLETTER gives members an opportunity to share this knowledge and experience.
