Application process for new clients

The following breakdown will explain how applications are processed.

1. An agent will submit an lead with SANPROPS via Head Office or our Website.

2. It is the agent's responsibility to look after the client's interests and obtain the necessary information and documentation from the client.

3. Head Office will confirm receipt of the lead within 24 hours via e-mail or sms. If the agent has had no confirmation from Head office within this period, the agent needs to telephonically follow up with Head Office to make sure that the fax had indeed been received.

4. A consultant from Head Office will contact the client within 24 hours of receiving the application. (if received on Friday-afternoon or over the weekend the client will be contact on the Monday) The consultant will explain the bank products and process to the client and will advice the client on the product best suited to his/her needs. The client may request that an interest rate concession is done at all participating banks in order to obtain an idea of what interest rate will apply. The consultant will assist the client telephonically to fill out the application form and explain the documentation needed to submit the application.

5. The client faxes the application form and all other documentation needed to Head Office

6. When the application form and documentation are received the application is electronically submitted and documentation faxed to the requested bank. The agent is notified (via e-mail or sms) the moment the application has been submitted.

7. The agent will be notified of Final Grant. The template can be faxed on request

8. The Attorneys will be followed up on once a week (this process normally takes 4 - 6 weeks).

9. The agent is notified on registration and the attorney's letter to confirm registration will be faxed to the lead Provider
