The user friendly lay-out and search facility of the website, as well as the additional information like bond calculation, sms and e-mail facilities, make this system extremely useful to the member as well as to prospective buyers and sellers of property.

Listing of properties on the SAPROPS WEBSITE as well as on http://www.homemart.co.za is free of charge and automatic. The Website www.homemart.co.za is registered with 80 000 search facilities and also with all the top international Estate Agencies.

Because of its membership, SAPROPS can negotiate affordable advertising space in local as well as national publications. These advertisements do not just advertise properties of members within the SAPROPS group, but also respective members' own Estate Agencies.

SAPROPS members enjoy media coverage in national, regional and local newspapers as well as publications specially aimed at the property market.

Advertisements contain the name, logo and full details of each Estate Agency while the SAPROPS NAME is placed above/underneath them.

SAPROPS gives special media coverage to members of the SAPROPS group that achieved well or launched special projects. Media coverage is also given to events regarding the SAPROPS group.

Members of SAPROPS earn points according to a SAPROPS POINTS SYSTEM when they make use of SAPROPS SERVICES.
If Estate Agencies qualify for sponsorships, their monthly membership fees, seminars or conferences can be sponsored or they can earn more commission for bonds that are sent to SAPROPS for bond origination.
