Tygervalley Expo 25 Oct - 28 Oct 2007
	The recent property expo held at Tygervalley brought together a whole range of property experts throughout the Western Cape. SANPROPS was also there and negotiated floor space for some of our members. We had very positive feedback from all our members and want to thank everyone that made such a big success of the expo. The exposure gained by this expo helped the members to get more leads for current listings. The Khoisanbay development in Hermanus pulled a lot of attentention and we wish Amelia all the best with her development.
Although is was not busy all the time, a decent amount of feet walked through the centre and everybody tried there best to keep busy and active all the time. Here Leonore Estates are working very hard on there sales pitch.
	SANPROPS also made use of the expo to promote some of our services. With almost 1.6 million feet per month through this mall great care was taken to utilize space to the full.
Seastar Properties as always was very creative and even organized a raffle that was won on the sunday.
	Customer care also played a big role at the expo and all potential clients were treated with care and respect. Pieter Kotze properties really went the extra mile to please all the clients requests.
Gideon Estates created a relax atmosphere and focused a lot of attention on there display. In the fast passed rat race we are living in, all the shoppers had to stand still and look at some of the most beautiful sunsets in Port Owen and Langebaan
	Reon of Leonore Estates showed his perfectionism and expertise to the shoppers. They were very impressed with him and the developments in Saldanha and Mooreesburg.
